Persecution for Prim’s assassination, 1870.

These letters Clavé sent from Montcada and Madrid contain information regarding various political schemes and Prim’s assassination (for which Clavé was arrested). He also mentions the impossibility for him to go to a Freemason banquet: this information is highly relevant since no critic has been able to trace Clavé’s relationship to freemason thought.
