Euterpe chorister and Josep Anselm Clavé’s friend. Badrena lived in Moncada, today Montcada i Reixach, a town in the Vallès Occidental. In August 1869 Clavé dedicated his descriptive choir to solo voices Pel juny, la falç al puny to his friend Badrena.
