Joaquim Bartra

Politician

Politician, civil servant in the Administration and Assistant of Public Works. 

Bartra became a board member of the Revolutionary Board of Barcelona on September 30, 1868. In the 1870s, he was an officer of the army in Cuba, and one of the leading informants on Cuban affairs for Víctor Balaguer, then Minister of Overseas.
