Francesc Rispa i Perpinyà

Politician / Writer

He was a Federal intransigent Republican military man. He was Catalan but lived in Madrid. 

Rispa was the main editor and director of El Combate in the early 1870s. He participated in the assembly of the Federal Republican Party of 1872 in Madrid, prior to the Spanish general election in April, that same year. 

He wrote the book Cincuenta años de conspirador conspirador (memorias político-revolucionarias, 1853-1903), published in Barcelona in 1932.
